Firetides, LLC supplies products labeled and sold strictly for laboratory research use only and not for human or animal use.

All sales final

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the nature of research materials and quality control requirements, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened products, including products that are unused.

No refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed, except where required by applicable law.

Order cancellations

Order cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@firetides.com.

If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping issues and delivery problems

If your order is damaged in transit, lost, or delivered incorrectly, contact us promptly at info@firetides.com with your order number and supporting photos, if applicable.

If optional shipping protection or insurance is offered at checkout, you are responsible for selecting it if you want coverage beyond the carrier’s default liability. If you decline optional protection, you agree Firetides, LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage in transit beyond what is required by applicable law.

Carrier delays, missed delivery estimates, weather events, customs delays, and similar issues are outside our control and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Research use only and assumption of risk

Products sold by Firetides, LLC are labeled and sold strictly for laboratory research use only. Products are not for human or animal use, including consumption, injection, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention of disease, or any therapeutic or veterinary purpose.

You are solely responsible for how products are handled, stored, used, and disposed of after delivery. You assume all risks associated with possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal, and you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Right of refusal

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including in situations involving suspected fraud, chargeback risk, policy violations, or suspected misuse.
